Refund & Return Policy

Video Game Palooza Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Every purchase funds scholarships and living-wage career training — and we want you to be completely happy with it. This policy covers our two kinds of products: physical games & collectibles, and online courses offered through Hope Training Academy.

Physical items — games, consoles, arcades & collectibles

  • 30-day returns. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
  • As-described guarantee. Our listings use real photographs of the actual item. If an item arrives materially different from its description or photos, we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund including shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, items must come back in the condition received; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and the refund covers the item price.
  • Start any return by calling 1-866-426-3988 or replying to your order confirmation email.

Online career training & certificate courses (Hope Training Academy)

Our online courses are delivered with our education partner. Because course access is provisioned per student, refund rules depend on the course type and whether access has begun:

  • Not yet started: if your course access has not yet been activated, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Fundamentals courses (6-week and self-guided short courses): may be dropped and refunded after enrollment but before completion, provided you explain your dissatisfaction with the course in writing and the drop is completed under this policy. Email your request to info@hopetrainingacademy.org from the address used at enrollment.
  • Advanced Career Training programs: once course materials have been requested or you have begun viewing a course, no refund can be granted.
  • Adult High School Diploma program: no refunds once a student successfully completes the prerequisite course and is enrolled in the full program.
  • MyTime English: no refunds once an access code has been issued.
  • In no event is a refund available after a certificate of completion has been issued.
